Refund policy
Online - Exchange or store credit only, 30 days after delivery. Product packaging(manufacturers) must be like new, unopened. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to Pear Tree. Once the returned items make it to us, we will then get the store credit issued in the form of an e-gift card or new item shipped out to you. If there is a difference in price, you will keep the additional store credit as an e-gift card, or be issued an invoice that must be paid before the item is shipped.
Body care, laundry soap, paper goods, etc (hygiene products) are all sales final.
In-store - We will exchange purchases made instore for product or store credit only within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Packaging must be like new, unopened.
Products discounted 50% and greater are considered a clearance item, clearance is all sales final.
