Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $125 USD!

We also offer upgraded shipping options for those 

who wish to receive their packages faster!
*NOTE* - This only applies to the shipping time, as the processing time will not change!

Orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days of checkout.

Pre-ordered/pre-launch products may take longer to process and ship. Read the product description for an estimate of delivery time.

Once a shipment leaves the facility, the responsibility of the package is in the hands of the selected mailing company.

Combining Orders in Shipping


As a general rule we will not combine multiple orders into one shipment.  We do this for a few reasons, but mainly if you opted in on Route protection on either or both orders, having a combined shipment will void that protection coverage.  So to preserve the integrity of your Route coverage we will not combine orders into one shipment.

Wrong Address

Please verify your address before completing your order. Once the product ships, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier or the person at the wrong address to collect your package. We do not have the ability to change the address after it’s been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once it’s been delivered to the shipping carrier.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

We cannot add Route to your order after the order is placed!  So be sure to add it before confirming your order!
